The Bryan brothers are making a run for the Davis Cup.

September 14, 2012- The tournament is getting tougher and tougher, with the US flag flying higher and higher and critics and fans alike agree that it is all thanks to none other than the Bryan brothers who are maintaining their superb run in the Davis cup.

The semi-finals of the cup were something to cheer about for tennis fans with the stage set for a superb game that could have been better in no way whatsoever. The highly anticipated semi-final between Spain and US proved to be a treat for the fans.

The match itself was hailed as the longest the Davis Cup has ever seen. Although not an official statement, this particular match is definitely amongst the longest ones regardless of data held. It took all the energy out of the four players running around the court.  Team Spain was alive to the situation and it felt as if they would take the match. However, as Bob Bryan said, team America kept on getting points at important situations that led them to the victory.

Experts rate this as a Golden Opportunity for team Spain. Team Spain had the upper hand for most of the match; nonetheless, they could not get the job done. Spain’s team members were of the view that they were in good nick, but this was without counting the surprising turn the game has in store for all. The US flag is flying high and the fans are hoping from team US to repeat the same performance, if not better, at the final of Davis Cup.
